Paul Pierce Doesn’t Want Celtics To Honor Isaiah Thomas!!!

Boston Celtics organization plan to retire Paul Pierce’s jersey next month in honor of the 15 dedicated years Pierce provided blood, sweat & tears for the mighty green & white. Pierce has been super excited for the retiring of his jersey, #34.

That is, until he discovered, former Celtics Pride rugged point guard, Isaiah Thomas asked management to honor him on the same night as The Truth. Boston’s upper management agreed. However, once Pierce discovered IT’s plans, he immediately began blasting Thomas on social media, television & satellite radio.  

“I’m not saying Isaiah shouldn’t get a tribute video. But on February 11th, the night I get my jersey retired. I’m not sure I want to look up at the JumboTron & see Isaiah’s highlights,” bitterly uttered Pierce during an appearance on ESPN’s The Jump.

Paul was in attendance for Kobe Bryant’s double jersey retirement & envy’s the manner The Black Mamba’s event was presented. He envisions his night being similar to Kobe’s night - constant video tributes of #34.

Truth being told, PP doesn’t want to share his final spotlight with anyone. Not even Boston’s refugee, Isaiah Thomas. Paul thinks the Celtics should toss together a one minute Vine & release it via social media. Particularly, Instagram.

Even in retirement, Pierce is STILL all about himself. There’s certainly no IT in his spelling of the word “_eam” (sic).
