Country Singer John Michael Montgomery Injured In Serious Tour Bus Accident!!!

Including this country singer… John Michael Montgomery.

Country singer John Michael Montgomery says he's "recovering" from injuries suffered when his tour bus overturned Friday in Jellico, Tennessee, on the way to a concert appearance in North Carolina.

The 57-year-old vocalist behind songs including 1995's "I Can Love You Like That" & "Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident)" revealed on his verified Facebook page that he & other passengers were hurt in the crash.

“Despite some cuts & broken ribs, I am doing well. I will take some time over the next couple of weeks to heal & be back on the road soon," he wrote.

"I am grateful to the medics & highway patrol for their quick response to this difficult situation. Thanks to everyone for their concerns."

William Salyer of Staffordsville, Kentucky, & Marc Wood of Frankfort, Kentucky, suffered injuries along with Montgomery. The singer also thanked East Tennessee highway patrol officers & paramedics for a "quick response" to the situation.
