Fredo Santana, real name Derrick Coleman, was discovered dead at his residence by his girlfriend. Santana, who previously suffered from liver & kidney issues, was 27 years old.

According to reports from a reliable source, Santana suffered a seizure. The rap world mourns the life of this Chi-Town drill rapper.
