Currently on tour, Solange elected to cancel an upcoming New Year’s Eve performance at the AfroPunk in South Africa due to complications from her recent diagnosis.

Solange revealed her struggles in a lengthy correspondence via social media. Knowles, the 31 year old sister of Beyonce, explained she was diagnosed with Autonomic Disorder, a disorder that causes complications with breathing, blood pressure & heart problems.

According to a reputable source, Solange was disappointed at the last minute show cancellation. However, she understands her health is more important than providing a sub-par performance. She promises to make it up to her loyal supporters in South Africa, a place she holds dearest to heart.
